What people love about Active Tours in Japan
- Tokyo to Takayama - 13 days
We actually did a customized tour on our own with an itinerary closely resembling this tour. The Ryokan experiences were the highlight our our trip. Japan as an enjoyable country to visit exceeded our expectations.
- West Japan: Hiroshima + Art Island Naoshima
Junko is a great tour guide. She really works hard to smooth glitches in the tour like retracing the bike ride to find a lost backpack with passport, money & camera equipment( which was found),& medical issue of an ear infection & tourist being unable to fly. Junko is also in top shape & able to lead group to high places. Hard worker!!!
- South Korea & Japan Group Tour
A superb tour brilliantly led by Chloe. We always knew where we were and given a comprehensive list of things to do and see. Her skill in navigating our way through stations and without losing anyone was remarkable. Particular memories would have been the bullet trains, the snow monkeys, and staying with two local families and eating a meal of local food beautifully prepared and served. I would highly recommend this Madventure tour and can’t wait to join them again.
