What people love about Japan Tours in June
- Japan Adventure 13 Day
Japan is incredible! I’ve visited often, and seen a lot, but the Intro Travel Japan Adventure took us to some amazing places - a great mix of modern crazy and ancient traditional, buzzing big cities and calm, cool countryside. Japanese food is sensational (which is just as well because it can be tricky to find other options). Beer is great too! We were there on a mission to make a film and Adam, our Group Leader, knew loads of beautiful spots to shoot. The accommodation was so cool- again a mix of slick and modern or super-traditional (sleeping on futons, so fun. And try an onsen if you get the chance!) Activities were awesome too - LOVED the samurai sword experience. Saw snow monkeys too - huge highlight! Some big surprises as well - the cemetery forest walk sounded a bit freaky but was totally fascinating and breathtakingly beautiful. Also loved riding the bullet trains. Had a brilliant time!
- Stunning Japan with Shirakawa-go (private 3 star hotel rooms)
My first group tour and I loved it! 5 star to the tour guide Aiko and their travel agents in Los Angeles!
- 9 Days Splendid Japan Deluxe with Nagoya(4 star hotels)
10 days Splendid Japan: Excellent tour for very reasonable price. Hotel accommodation were outstanding. We liked everything about the tour including tour guide Haruto. He was the best. Traveling by coach allowed us to see the beautiful countryside and daily life of Japan. He with the coach driver did a wonderful job arranging this tour. Haruto introduced us to the culture and history of Japan. The locations visited were amazing. We will travel again.

June offers excellent conditions for exploring Japan's diverse attractions. Key destinations include the network of vermillion gates at Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto the morning fish vendors at Tsukiji Outer Market in Tokyo and the hiking trails around Mount Fuji which benefit from clearer views before peak summer. Convenient accommodation options range from the modern Hotel Mystays Hiroshima Peak Park to the traditional-meets-contemporary Tokyu Stay Kyoto Hanare. A TourRadar traveler shared: "Even with some rain in June the gardens in Kyoto were incredibly lush and green making for beautiful photos."

According to a TourRadar review: "The June festivals added an incredible cultural dimension to our trip that we hadn't expected."
How crowded are tourist attractions in Japan during June?
June represents a quieter period between peak seasons allowing for more relaxed exploration of major sites. How does the June rainy season affect travel plans in Japan?
Japan's reliable infrastructure minimizes rain-related disruptions in June. Trains maintain their schedules and indoor venues like the Osaka Aquarium and Tokyo National Museum provide engaging alternatives. THE GATE HOTEL RYOGOKU by HULIC offers covered pathways to transit stations. One TourRadar traveler noted: "The rain didn't impact our plans much - there were always interesting indoor options and the rain actually made the gardens more beautiful."
