But there were places that were on the itinerary to stop at that we got very little time to see. It would’ve been nice to have a little more time at some of the bigger places that we stopped especially being in a country that had very few English speaking people that you could converse with.The three star rooms were ok, but there was absolutely nowhere to put your suitcase other than on the bed. But overall, the rooms were very clean! I do wish that there was a little more time spent together having a meal as a group. Other than breakfast in the morning, everyone was kind of on their own, and usually at a stop that there were things we were trying to see also.Show more

She walked so fast and didn’t consider that it was hot. I suggested a WhatsApp group but that was not done. She could not answer my questions regarding luggage transfers and rail passes. I had to use google for answers. The optional tour to Osaka castle was overpriced. Our group only had 21 people, so it was very comfortable in the coach bus. I highly recommend this specific tour that included cities/towns in Japan that could be hard to reach without a guided tour. The penalty is 300 USD per gust if cancelled more than two months before the departure date. It's 600 USD per guest if cancelled between 1 and 2 months. It's non refundable if cancelled within one month of the departure date.

Many hotels don't allow triple room because the small hotel room size in Japan. Even if they allow it, the price for triple room is the same as having two rooms. So we would recommend booking two rooms. The single supplement is 568 USD and we will arrange two rooms for you.

Asked on July 28th, 2025I am hoping to take my wife and 14 year old daughter on this tour. I have a few questions. What happens if we get there a day late due to flight problems? Can we fly in a day early? Oct 16th. That way we have a buffer in case our flight is delayed. Would we get our own hotel for the extra night or can your company arrange an extra night? Three of us would be traveling. Would the 3 of us fit in one hotel room?

It's very common for our guest to arrive one day early. The first night hotel we use is Star Gate Hotel Kansai. However, our rates aren't good for individual hotel bookings. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel or on similar websites. Most of the hotels we use don't have triple sharing option because of the small hotel rooms in Japan. Therefore we will arrange two rooms for the 3 of you. And the single supplement is 568 USD.
