The tuk tuk tour was correctly delivered as a self-guided ride with a driver, as described. To accommodate your concern, we extended the ride by 7 hours at no extra cost. The Chiang Mai hotel issue resulted from a misunderstanding during a cancellation inquiry, which was resolved promptly. Your package included one departure transfer; as you had separate flights, a second transfer required a fee and was communicated in advance. While there were occasional delays due to coordination with local partners, our team supported you daily and responded to all service requests. All services were delivered as booked.
