At the same time, we sincerely apologize that several of the accommodations did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the cleanliness issues and room conditions at Star Gate Hotel Kansai Airport and Dotonbori Crystal Exe are deeply concerning. This is far below the standard we expect from our hotel partners, and we will be addressing your feedback directly with hotel management to ensure immediate improvements. Regarding the Tokyo hotel, we understand how important room size and comfort are, especially when traveling with luggage. Thank you for letting us know—guest comfort is a priority, and your input helps us refine our hotel selections for future tours. We also appreciate your thoughts on spending more time in less crowded locations. While certain iconic sites tend to be busy, we are always looking for ways to balance the itinerary with quieter, more immersive experiences, and your suggestion is very valuable. Dear Jean, Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I am so glad that you enjoyed the tour and the services from the tour guide and driver. As for tour duration and schedule, the first day and the last day are designated as arrival and departure date and we are unable to arrange any tour activities. This is because that's when our guests fly in to and out of Japan on various flights at different time. We specified the arrangement in the tour introduction and the itinerary on tour page. It's also doable if we change it and arrange activities on both days. That way all of guests would need to fly into Japan one day early and out of Japan one day later. They would then need to request pre- and post- accommodations through us to ensure they don't have to move to different rooms. But if the same hotel can't accommodate some of the guests, they would need to stay in a different hotel and move to the group hotel during the tour. This will also create potential delay in the tour schedule because the tour guide might need to wait longer for guests who stay at the different hotels. Thanks again for touring with us.
