Because there are so many must-see places, it’s not always possible to spend extended time at each stop, but we do our best to balance the schedule so guests can experience a wide variety of locations. Regarding the hotel rooms, you are correct — in Japan, room sizes are generally smaller than what many travelers may be used to, especially in city centers where space is limited. This is quite common across the country, even for higher-star hotels, but we always select clean, comfortable properties in convenient locations to enhance the travel experience. We also understand your wish for more group meals. Our tours typically include breakfast daily, with other meals left open so guests have flexibility to explore local food at their own pace — but we’ll certainly keep your suggestion in mind for future tours. We're glad to hear you found the main itinerary well-suited for a first-time visit to Japan, and that you appreciated the professionalism of our bus driver. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience with the tour guide did not meet expectations. Regarding the Osaka Castle optional tour, it was priced based on private door to door pick up/drop offs, admission tickets, private transportations, private English speaking tour guide. I also checked and found out that there was only 8 guests on this tour. This is probably why the Osaka Castle optional tour was priced at 6000 JPY, which is around 38 USD per guest. We do provide the phone number and whatsapp contact of our local manager prior to the departure of the tour. This is to ensure that our guests can reach the local manager directly. A whatsapp group was considered before but the idea wasn't adopted due to the large number of our total guests. Thanks again for your detailed feedback and wish you all the best in the future!

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the insights and personal stories from our tour guide — it's always wonderful when those unique touches make the journey more memorable. Our itinerary is designed so that all sorts of attractions are included and the time is reasonably allocated. There are ancient shrines, temples included but also the modern iconic sites such as the Tokyo tower. Not to mention the famous national treasure of Japan-the Mount.Fuji. Our departure time for each day is difficult to decided in advance because the traffic/weather conditions are different every day. Dear Camille, Thanks for sharing your experience with us! The optional tour to Hiroshima and Miyajima Island is expensive because it includes round-way bullet train tickets, private transfers by van/tour bus, door to door pick up and drop off, private English speaking guide. It's also totally optional. And some of our guests choose to visit the Universal Studios as an alternative. Thanks again for touring with and I wish you a wonderful 2025!
