The first hotel was very good, but they went downhill fast. The Tokyo hotel was poor. Our guide was very good, but look for a different tour company.Show more

The hotel rooms were very small but that is standard in Japan - it is possible to get bigger hotel rooms - you just need to pay more. Stunning ToursOperator•Written August 2025The activity level is medium. We have a lot of guests at the 70s and 80s. It's also very flexible because you can take rests anytime. Most of the attractions are easy to get around while there are stairs at a few temples and shrines. But like I mentioned you can take rests if needed. For group of 4 of more I will offer an additional 100 USD discount per guest, Let me know if you have any questions?

Hotel rooms are generally smaller in Japan. We use Star Gate Hotel Kansai for the first night. In Tokyo, we use JR East Omori Hotel, Far East Village Hotel Ariake, Prince Hotel Sunshine city.

Take the bullet train between Tokyo and Osaka. Total travel time is over 4 hours and cost is about 2100 JPY. There's an optional meeting with the guide at 8:30pm on Day 1 at the hotel. If missed, you can meet after breakfast on Day 2.

Since the whole day touring on Day 7th is within Tokyo, it's okay if you wish to leave the group early. The public transportation is very convenient in Tokyo. The tour guide can also provide guidance on taking the train.
