Itinerary
- Day 1
Osaka Arrival
You'll arrive in Osaka and connect with your tour guide at the airport for your transfer to the hotel. Just a heads up: the airport transfer works from Kansai Airport (KIX), so if you're coming through Itami Airport (ITM) instead, you'll need to arrange something else.

Osaka to Hiroshima via Himeji
After breakfast, you're heading to Hiroshima with a stop along the way. In Himeji, you'll visit Himeji Castle, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the country's most recognizable structures. From there, continue on to Hiroshima where you can walk around the city before the evening settles in.

- Day 3
Hiroshima and Miyajima
Today takes you to Miyajima Island to see Itsukushima Shrine and its famous floating torii gate that rises right out of the water. After that, head to the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Museum to understand the city's significant history from World War II.

- Day 4
Hiroshima to Osaka via Kurashiki
You'll travel back toward Osaka from Hiroshima along the scenic Seto Inland Sea coastal road. Stop in Kurashiki, a historic water city where you can walk through the beautifully preserved Edo Period canal district. The full journey to Osaka runs about 200km and takes 3 to 4 hours total.

Nara and Kyoto
This day covers a lot of ground. Start with a day trip to Nara to see Todaiji Temple and its massive bronze Buddha, then head to Nara Deer Park where you can feed the hundreds of deer that roam freely. Later, travel to Kyoto and check out the Arashiyama District. You'll cross the Togetsu Bridge and walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, which has a really unique atmosphere.

- Day 6
Kyoto to Mt. Fuji
After breakfast, visit Nijo Castle, which served as the residence of the Tokugawa Shogunate. Next, see Kinkakuji (the Golden Pavilion), a UNESCO World Heritage Zen temple covered in gold leaf. Once you've grabbed lunch, board the Shinkansen bullet train heading to Mt. Fuji. The train travels at speeds up to 320 kilometers per hour, and it's a smooth ride from Kyoto toward Tokyo.

- Day 7
Mt. Fuji
You'll go up Mt. Fuji to the fifth station, which puts you above the clouds. Weather permitting, you'll get views of the iconic mountain from up there, though conditions can be unpredictable. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you'll visit the Yamanashi Prefectural Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre instead. Later, explore Oshino Hakkai, which has eight crystal-clear ponds fed by snowmelt from Mt. Fuji's slopes.

Lake Ashi and Tokyo
Start with a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, formed inside an old volcanic caldera at Mt. Hakone. Then head into Tokyo and visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatories on the 45th floor, where you'll get panoramic views across the city. The rest of your day is open for whatever interests you.
