I would give more stars if I could !!! Our trip was amazing from start to finish! We let Amber know the days of our flight and how many days we wanted a guide for. We were also asked our interests so they could create a tailored guide. A week before our trip Ivan reached out with our itinerary. It was perfect!!! The hotels were 4.5 star hotels. The day before our flight our driver would message us on WhatsApp to give us peace of mind. Our trip was broken into 3 cities. 1. Tokyo - not only did we have an amazing Guide (Mori) we had an amazing driver. No waiting for parking or uber. Mori was very knowledgeable, professional, and fun. He not only walked us around but he also helped translate and informed us about apps that would help with accurate translations. Mori went above and beyond. Even though we had a Rainy day, Mori was ready with an alternative activity. He even gave us the option to stick with the original activity if we wanted. After that our driver not only took us to the train station to Osaka, he took us all the way to our train. 2. Tokyo/Osaka - when we got off our train, our new driver was waiting to take us from the train to the hotel. The next day we meet our second guide Yuya. Yuya was just as knowledgeable, professional, and fun as Mori. Yuya took us to temples and castles in Kyoto. We went to an amazing Ramen restaurant too. After our trip to Kyoto, Yuya gave us some great places to eat dinner and activities we could do during our free time. 3. Osaka - our guide was still Yuya. He took us to a castle, museum, seafood market, running man, and a ferris wheel. Ivan, Mori, and Yuya made this trip perfect. When we come next time we will be using Ume Travel again!
