Chef Jesse was incredibly friendly and funny. He had a great way of making everyone feel comfortable and involved throughout the entire cooking process. The venue itself was fantastic — clean with a massive wooden table that gave plenty of space for everyone to work comfortably. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this class to anyone who wants to try their hand at cooking simple Vietnamese dishes.

Our tour guides in Cairo and through the rest of Egypt (Aswan, Luxor, etc) were excellent. Alla was especially knowledgeable about egyptian history and took us to some special areas in different temples. Alla was also very helpful in booking additional accommodations and transfers after our tour had ended.
