- Hassan· September 23rd, 2024Tour was very well organised, amazing communication and even though I was a little awkward in changing the hotel this wasn’t an issue for the team and they did everything in their power to sort out my change of accommodation, even giving me money back on two occasions as I paid too much for the hotel and decided to skip the last tour after the Taj Mahal so didn’t need the admission fees which shows their honesty. Deepak was amazing and gave us loads of information and couldn’t have done more and Aahil’s communication in organising everything was first class!! Very clean car with free WiFi was a treat!! Honestly if you’re going to the Taj Mahal don’t hesitate in booking with these guys, I’d highly recommend them! Absolutely brilliant! Oh I also added on another person and saw when I did they had a lower rate and they charged me the lower rate for it all…Absolutely amazing!! - michelle· March 9th, 2024Aahil’s communication with me before, during and after the trip was amazing. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. The driver DANISH was on time, his car was immaculate and his driving was very safe. At the end of my tour, I discovered I left a pair of prescription glasses in his car. I texted Aahil, who then contacted Danish. Danish spent an extra half hour in Delhi traffic to return back to my hotel to drop off my missing pair of sunglasses. He saved my trip. My tour guide in Agra was Saeed. Saeed has been a tour guide for over 35 years. On the first day we discussed my expectations for the Taj Mahal. I laughingly told him that I wanted to sit on the “Lady Diana bench” and take pictures with no one in the background. We laughed because over 40,000 people a day visit Taj and it’s uncommon to take them without people. At the Taj, Saeed respectfully made his way to the front of every line to make sure that I got amazing photos. He knew photo spots that others did not know about and he knew when areas were too crowded and allowed time to circle back to those spots later when it was less crowded. He took my camera and started snapping photos of me in various spots.. He took very unique photos with very few people in the background. He knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectation for the trip. His knowledge of the Taj, Fort Agra, Baby Taj and Agra as outstanding. He is a true professional. I’ve circumnavigated the world twice and this tour was BY FAR the most amazing tour I’ve taken.
