- Katrina· April 28th, 2025First of all, the tour was absolutely amazing! Seeing all of the things we saw growing up in history books was so surreal. Our group was small and intimate and all of the folks were really cool! Also sure you do all of the add ons But let me tell you about the tour guide, Mina N. or as I like to call him Mina the bossy...😂😂😂. He was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable...ABOUT EVERYTHING! He will recommend that you do the add ons that will require you to get up extra early, but they are absolutely worth it. He also has a great sense of humor. I laughed so much during this tour. He is also bossy....😂😂😂😂. He will say that you can get a drink but if you order a cappuccino, please make sure you order it for take away.....😂😂😂😂 This is my first tour with this company but I would do another tour with them. And they can send Mina to be my guide even if the tour isn't in Egypt! 😂😂😂Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- PLPaula· April 26th, 2025We had the most incredible time exploring Egypt! Our tour guides Ramez and Ash, were honestly the best! They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. Their passion for Egyptian history and culture was contagious, and they went above and beyond every day to make our trip unforgettable. From organising smooth travel logistics to sharing fascinating stories and hidden gems we would never have found on our own, they made every moment special. We felt so well looked after and left Egypt with not just amazing memories, but a real appreciation for its rich history and beautiful people. We couldn't recommend Timeless highly enough!Show moreTrip date: April 2025
- MMMatin· April 26th, 2025Mina was an amazing tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and I really enjoyed getting to know more about the ancient Egyptian civilisation through his explanations. He made sure we were happy and comfortable the whole time and we really appreciated his friendly demeanour- thanks Mina for all the great memories ☺️Show moreTrip date: October 2023
- LOLong· April 23rd, 2025Timeless Tour is an amazing tour group. I had the pleasure of having Ramez and Ash as my guide for the entire 10 days duration and they were honestly the best. They were super informative, friendly and fun to be with. They were also very attentive and took care of everything - we didn't need to do anything and were very well taken care of. The tour itself was also great. If I had planned the itinerary myself, i probably would've only done 20% of what was in the tour's itinerary. The tour was very well covered, I feel like I have done and experienced everything Egypt has to offer. Note for unhealthy/elderly travellers** Although the tour is amazing and I would do it over and over again, it does get quite tiring. Given we travel to so many destinations, the average wake up time is 4-5am over the 10 days. So if you are a very leisure traveller, perhaps reach out to this tour group for a less jam-packed itinerary.Show moreTrip date: April 2025

- TTTri (Danny)· March 1st, 2025I would give this a 4.5 out of 5. Overall, the tour itinerary delivered on everything it said it would take us to and do. I saw a lot of Egyptian's sites up close in personal in a compact 8 days (not including the 1st and last days which were my travel days) and exposed to a lot and my experience was enriched by it. The itinerary starts out more frenetic until you reach Hurghada where you have some down time to relax and catch up. Part of the reason it was frenetic because I chose the optional excursions such Abu Simbel and the hot-air balloon (which were fantastic) but require early wake up if you want to see the sunrise as well. The hotels were all great, particularly the Lotus in Luxor and the one in Hugharda. The tour bus was large, clean, comfortable, and had a washroom. My tour guide Meena was excellent and you can tell he is passionate about Egyptian history and mythology. The felucca experience is for those that like to experience the "homestay" in another country which I found enjoyable and kept warm at night, plus a clean bathroom on board. Arriving in Cairo was overall a shock to my system, but the airport transfer into Cairo and back to the airport was well facilitated by the tour company. Where there could be areas of improvements: I think that the admission fees to the attractions and the tipping kitty should be built into the tour package rather than after someone commits to the tour. To me, the amount extra was not a lot so it wouldn't have been a make it or break it if those fees were more up front and transparent. I like the Egyptian Museum and it has the King Tut golden mask, but the GEM is finally open and already tours are including a visit there so that is something to consider and balance. I wish the tour bus came outfitted with charging plug-ins in the seats as some of the bus rides are long (so travellers, bring a charging battery). Other than these minor issues, it was truly a wonderful experience and I am happy I chose this tour and company. Thank you for reading.Show moreTimeless Tours commented on this reviewThank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you had a fantastic trip and enjoyed the hotels, cruise, and amazing hospitality. - Mayuri· January 15th, 2025one of the worst tours. we booked a tour to save ourselves time and inconvenience of payments during the trip, throughout this trip we were just spending more. you might think you got a good deal as it’s initially low, we actually went way over our budget for this trip as there were many add ons. The only good thing was that the hotels were really comfortable! The tour guide Mina had exceptional history knowledge but he was very pushy when things didn’t go his way. I feel like we were never given enough time at certain places to walk around and we were constantly taken to stores that were not in the itinerary and that were highly priced (all those could be bought at half the price and less they charged at these stores. All the additional activities this company offered were exceptionally expensive! I paid 60 dollars for the hot air balloon through Viator while the others in the group paid around 145 dollars. We were taken to restaurants where it was highly priced. We were convinced otherwise to do certain things which were only to benefit the company than to help the customers. I would not recommend this tour as it’s more to make money than to satisfy customers and give everyone a good experience of their country! You’re basically paying only for hotels, food and transport, all the activities are not added in this tour so budget carefully.Show moreTimeless Tours commented on this reviewWe are sincerely sorry to note your disappointment, and have passed your feedback to our booking team for review as we always aim to ensure the best possible experiences on tour.Trip date: January 2025
- Anupam· January 8th, 2025Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Tour Operator I regret to say this was one of the worst tour experiences I have ever had. While the initial tour price was low, it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic as numerous additional costs were piled on during the trip. One of the most disappointing aspects was the cancellation of the felucca ride, a key highlight of the itinerary, which was replaced by a cruise that I was asked to pay an extra $100 to join. The hot air balloon ride in Luxor, another highly anticipated activity, was almost double the price compared to other operators offering the same experience on platforms like Viator. The tour leader repeatedly took us to perfumeries and papyrus galleries where we were significantly overcharged. While I understand that tourists often pay a premium, I booked with a tour operator expecting to be protected from such practices, not subjected to them. Meals were another area of disappointment. A typical McDonald’s meal with drinks in Egypt costs around $7, yet we were consistently taken to restaurants where meals were priced at $10, with drinks costing an additional $1 or more. While this difference might seem small, these inflated costs added up, and I ultimately spent at least 80% more than the base cost of the trip. In conclusion, this tour operator failed to meet basic expectations of fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and exploring alternatives to ensure a better and more honest experience in Egypt.Show moreTimeless Tours commented on this reviewWe are sincerely sorry to note your disappointment, and have passed your feedback to our booking team for review as we always aim to ensure the best possible experiences on tour.Trip date: December 2024

Asked on April 11th, 2025I just turned 50 and apparently the tour is limited to the age of 46? Is for a physical or mindfulness reason? As it has the places I want to go, and the price is also something I can afford. Not many people realise I am 50 as I don't come across as someone half a century old D:
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written April 2025
The age range is only for the overnight stay on the traditionla small sailing boat- the Nile Felucca. That has no private rooms nor prper bathroom. Everyone sleeps side by side using mattresses and blankets, besides, it has only a basic toilet. If you are okay with that, you are more than welcome to book this tour.

Asked on March 31st, 2025Does the tour include the Grand Egyptian Museum? Is there optional excursion for Hot air balloon in Luxor?
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written April 2025
Yes. The tour would include a visit to the GEM. Yes, the hot air balloon ride is an optional activity available on day 6 of the tour in Luxor.

Asked on February 14th, 2025Could you please help us to find flight tickets? We are a bit confused with time differences and maybe you'll be able to get us a better deal.
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written February 2025
I believe you may get better deals for the airfare online. However, I will get back to you with reasonable airfare options for you from Pennsylvania to Cairo arriving on the 5th March and departing Cairo on the 14th March.

Asked on January 11th, 2025Regarding visas, I was successful in applying for the Egyptian visa (still pending), but when I tried for the Jordanian visa it said "site not working." As a Canadian citizen it states I could also get the visa at the border upon arrival. Should I be content with this, or still attempt to get the evisa before leaving my Country?
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written January 2025
You may purchase the "Wanderer" Jordan pass for Jordan that would cover the entrance fees for the historical sites in Jordan, in addition to a free entry visa on arrival at Amman.

Asked on January 10th, 2025I am interested in booking a tour for one of the dates of end of January. I was wondering if which one would suit me the best based on the groups currently booked as a single 30s female traveler?
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written January 2025
Depending on the passengers signed up for tours on, 25th and 29th January, I would recommend booking the Nile Jewel 9 days tour or the Best of Egypt Tour. Besides, if you could start your tour on the 1st February, there are some passengers in the same age range booking the Egypt Explorer tour.

Asked on January 7th, 2025Our son is 4 year old. Can we do 6th Feb till 15th Feb
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written January 2025
This tour maybe not suitable for your 4 years old son. It includes an overnight stay on a traditional small boat- Nile Felucca that has no private rooms nor a proper washroom. Everyone sleeps side by side using mattresses and blankets. Besides, it has a basic toilet. I would highly recommend you to check on these tour itineraries for more convenient and comfortable tours.

Asked on January 5th, 2025My family (mum, dad and sister) would like to book this trip however both of my parents are outside the age range. They are both extremely physical fit and healthy for their age (mum aged 56 and dad aged 63), would it be possible they could still come on this trip even though the max age is 46 years old?
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written January 2025
You all are more than welcome to join this tour. In fact, the age limit on this tour is only for the overnight stay on day 4 of the tour on a traditional small boat- Nile Felucca-; the felucca is a small sailing boat that has no private rooms nor proper bathroom. Everyone sleeps side by side using mattresses and blankets and it only has a basic toilet. If your parents would be okay for that night. You could proceed with booking this tour.

Asked on November 21st, 2024How much extra will cost to upgrade to flight from Cairo to Aswan? How much extra will cost the optional visit to Abu Simbel – Sun Temple of Ramses the Great? Is it possible to stay in the red sea just for one day instead of two? Since I'm not really interested on aquatic activities. Is it possible to replace the second day there for another tour?
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written November 2024
The flight upgrade from Cairo to Aswan costs GBP £150 including the flight ticket, the night accommodation and the airport transfers. Abu Simbel tour costs GBP £95 including private transportation, private tour guide, the entry ticket to Abu Simbel temples, the fees for a private convoy and all taxes & service charges. It's possible to return to Cairo from Hurghada on day 8 do the tour instead of day 9 and we can get this night at Cairo hotel instead of Hurghada. You may choose one of the optional trips to do in that date: A day trip to Alexandria from Cairo or just have this day to visit more sites in Cairo that aren't included in the tour like the GEM, the NMEC and Dahsure pyramids.

Asked on October 30th, 2024I am arriving two days in advance of the starting day of your trip and would like to arrange a hotel pick-up, does it has a cost? other wise, if you tell me which other you will be I can go there
- Timeless Tours Operator•Written October 2024
We can happily book the extra 2 nights pre-tour at the same hotel associated with the tour, the Pyramids resort by Jaz for USD $186 for the two nights including breakfast and dinner. If you would prefer to book these extra nights at a different hotel, we can easily arrange for your pick up on day 1 of the tour from your pre-tour hotel to where the tour starts at no extra fees.
