Mohammad who is the tour manager was great he was waiting for us at the passport control area and our immigration pass thru was quick and seamless. Our tour guide / driver Jihad or we called him Jay was very knowledgeable very punctual with pick up and also very friendly he made our stay Jordan memorable we feel welcome in the country . We would appreciate if you extend this message to the tour guide and tour manager in Jordan. Amman West hotel in Jordan was very central and has friendly staff would recommend this hotel again Petra hotel was great, good food friendly staff would recommend this hotel as well Wadi Rum Oasis is Wadi Rum was also great Tour guide in Petra Mohammed was very knowledgeable friendly would recommend him again as a tour guide in Petra Overall the tour company you have connected with Timeless Jordan is great , I will not change any thing it was perfect. From the very start, it was clear that he is not just knowledgeable but truly passionate about sharing the rich history and culture of his country. He took the time to explain everything in detail, offering fascinating cultural tidbits that added so much depth to the tour. He also helped me navigate local pricing, which was invaluable. As someone with a severe food allergy, I was initially concerned about dining during my trip, but Remon went above and beyond to ensure I always had safe and delicious options at every venue. His attentiveness made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. What I appreciated most were his recommendations and optional tours—each one was thoughtfully chosen and added something unique to the experience. He’s respectful and caring, almost like a dad, which made me feel incredibly safe throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a tour guide in Egypt who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend Remon highly enough. Actually the age restriction is flexible. Especially since it's only because of the overnight stay on the Nile Felucca in day 4 of the tour. The felucca is a traditional small sailing boat that has no private rooms or proper bathroom. Everyone sleeps side by side using mattresses and blankets, besides it has a basic toilet. If this won't work out with you, you still could upgrade that night to a night at a hotel in Aswan while on the tour for an extra charge.
