Very knowledgeable, polite, tried his best to accommodate our needs and was punctual. He always picked the less crowded times for the visits, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy by ourselves too.His explanation made the incredible sites we visited even more enjoyable. The tour logistic was great, the bus and the rooms nicer than expected. We definitely recommend timeless for that, as from our own experience after the tour finished, moving on your own in Egypt can be quite a hassle. Overall, we highly recommend this tour, timeless and George. The overnight travel to Aswan is on a regular seated bus. It's a normal bus. While, the sleeper train has got private twin cabins with twin beds.

Asked on April 5th, 2025I am interested in booking this trip. If I choose to fly to Aswan, will I be escorted to the boat directly or do I have to wait until the group arrives? Would I have to book a hotel myself during this day? If I choose to pay now for the extra activities what guarantee do I have that the organizer/guide will receive the money and wont ask me to pay again. Lastly, How do I contact the organizer/guide on the 1st day to tell them that I have arrive and I am at the airport?

If you choose to fly to Aswan, the flight upgrade add-on includes the night accommodation instead of the overnight travel and the airport transfers to Cairo airport and from Aswan airport. We will take care of arranging for the extra night in Cairo hotel and the transfer to the cruise upon your arrival in Aswan. You could choose to book and pay for the optional excursions/extra activities when you are on tour. For the airport pick up on your arrival in Cairo, you could just confirm your arrival flight details with me and I will arrange for the airport pick up including the meet & greet service at Cairo airport.

The price promoted is per person in a twin sharing. Unfortunately there are no further discounts could be offered rather than the 35% discount is being offered already. We do work with couple of dice centers in Hurghada. You would be able to book the 2-3 diving tour while on the tour.
