What people love about Thailand Tours in April
- Thai Intro 12 DayLike anyone, travelling for the first time will always be a very daunting experience. When I began my travels in May my main concerns were always, being alone in an unfamiliar place, not knowing where to visit in the time I have and of course meeting people. Thaintro was recommended to me and at the time it seemed like a good way to ease me into the travelling world. As soon as I arrived in BKK airport I was greeted by one of the lovely tour leaders Alan who automatically put me at ease. We went back to Thaintro's guest house in Bangkok where I met the other two fantastic leaders Mark and Liam and the other people in the tour, and from that point we all enjoyed a brilliant fun filled week. All the activities, the sightseeing, the travel arrangements, the accommodation were perfectly planned out so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Even when we had spare time the leaders would always happily suggest places to go and accompany us if we ever wanted them to, and (bearing in mind there were 25 of us in the group) all three leaders took their time to get to know all of us as individuals. I can honestly say Thaintro was the perfect way to start my travels. Not only did they ease me into travelling and alleviate all my concerns but they took their time and talked me through the rest of my trip making a plan for me and advising me on all the best places to visit. Because of the Thaintro team travelling so far has been easy! I have since been back to Koh Phangan and stayed at Sarana Bungalows (the last place you will stay on the weeks tour) and was welcomed with as much enthusiasm as if I was still on the trip. For anyone who is starting travelling, either on your own or with other people, or if you simply want a great week touring Thailand and meeting new people the I would strongly recommend Thaintro above any other. Thank you for a fantastic week!!!
- Ultimate Thailand in 10 Days - Ayutthaya / Khao Sok / PhuketIt was great to have an organized trip. The office of PrestigoAsia kept in touch with me, guides and the hotels all the time. Whole trip went well, very organized, a good flow in the schedule. Especially Russamee K. is a pearl ? on their staff! She knows how to be flexible on situations (weather, surrounding, customers wishes) and gave me a good insight of culture, life and the way, Thai people are thinking. The destinations were very well chosen for getting to know Thailand. I especially liked the 'Rock & tree house' in Khao Sok. 3 things for further customers: ➡️ transfers are a bit early, I was already sitting at the airport since 4.33 pm - check-in was not even open before 6 o'clock, my flight to Bangkok leaves at 7.55 pm Even if they say, it's meant to be considerate because of the raining season, this seems to me a bit over the top. ➡️ most of the guides speak English, but very simple. They can not answer or react to answers beyond their program (this is why I liked to be with Russamee in Bangkok, her English was perfect and she was very well informed, even beyond the borders of Thailand ??) ➡️ I didn't like the 'Kata breeze beach resort' in Phuket. This is a family hotel for especially Russian families. The staff speaks rarely English, the tourists don't. Since I usually travel alone this didn't feel good for the last 3 days. Also, my first room on June 2nd was moldy (curtains, mattress). I had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Reception was really helpful of changing the room immediately. But it was behind half of the roof & the other half was a view on the parking lot - not very welcoming. And I had to stay there for the next 3 days. (Room on May 30th was great, but I think by accident - was a higher category). Even if I know that there was a Thai holiday on Saturday, I think toilets/facilities at the pool could be cleaned anyways. Yesterday & today it was fine, on Saturday it was disgusting. I also send this to PrestigoAsia to think about for the future.
- Trails and Gems of Siam, Small Group TourGreat tour packed in a few days visit to the North towns of Thailand, accommodation got better as the days passed by. Sunny our tour guide an amazing guy very knowledgeable and kind, our driver was amazing as well.
