The hotels were clean and classy and in great central locations. The two included day tours were mid-range, very crowded and tourist heavy. For a private tour we were hoping for a more off peak and genuine private day tour experience but we still enjoyed the locations and sights. All transport was private, comfortable and professional. Some of our transfers were unfortunately delayed due to unforeseen circumstances but our tour guide kept in close contact on WhatsApp to fix any issues. The itinerary did not reflect what was available to us, we would ask for confirmation of pick-up times to help organise our mornings and leisure days but were made to feel we were bothering the organiser. Each guide/driver we met (for 1 hour max. each and never the same person) would ask where we've been and where we were heading, clearly not having been communicated to either. Asked on November 2nd, 2024I wanted to book a tour (Phuket to Krabi 9 days island hoping in Thailand. I am a single traveller. When I go to book the price is misleading. It says £462 (3 star accommodation), or £616 (4 star accommodation) per person in a double / twin room… but then I can't book a room unless there are two people so I have to pay for two people. If I try to book a single room the options are too expensive - £1.3k! Is there anyway to book a double room just for myself? a single room is double the price anyway? That don't make sense it isn't possible to just book for one person in a double room? Prices are being advertised per person, however you have to pay per room. It would make sense to advertise per room as this seems misleading
