We learned so very much about the culture, the food, the history, the people, the sights, From when we arrived at the airports, through checking into our hotels, our detailed itinerary, our guides provided all the information we needed to enjoy Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pucket and the countryside. We especially liked the Temples, the Palace, the floating market, tiger santuary in Bangkok. The old city of Chiang Mai in the north was so easy to navigate and the elephant santuary, the white temple and the black house were highlights. In Pucket, we spent the most time on our own, which was wonderful for the beach area. The temple tour in Bangkok is a private tour on day 2. The elephant sanctuary tour is optional, extra fee is US$85 per person. Airfares should be booked separately. The price for solo travel is US $1,634 + $85 (elephant tour) + $350 (local payment) = US $2,069/person.
