In Luang Prabang head to Talad Mued Night Market for Sindad which is this fantastic traditional BBQ with grilled meats and blanched vegetables. When you're in Ho Chi Minh City grab a Saigon cafe sua da (iced coffee with condensed milk) at Ben Thanh Market - it's the perfect pick-me-up while you're exploring.
