Regarding the hotel in Paris, we truly regret that it did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that we contacted the hotel and did our best to request a refund or alternative arrangement; however, the hotel unfortunately did not agree to issue any refund. The hotel is located in a central area of Paris that is considered safe and is commonly used for similar tours.
