I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the less-than-ideal experiences, especially with the repetitive pagodas, excessive food waste at lunch, and the completely unacceptable noise issues at the Elois Hotel. We are so glad to hear the guides were lovely and helpful, but we clearly have work to do such as reducing the repetition of religious sites and incorporate activities like your excellent suggestion of a rice paddy bike ride. Regarding to dining: We will adjust the standard meal format with our partners to offer lighter, less wasteful options that better suit Western preferences. And accommodation: prioritizing quieter alternatives like the Prague hotel you suggested. Your detailed comments are crucial for us to improve our tours for future guests.
