- Day 1
Arrival in Hanoi
You'll arrive in Hanoi and meet your driver for the transfer to your hotel. After settling in, take time to rest and get acclimated following your journey.
- Day 2
Hanoi
This morning you'll explore Hanoi's cultural sites including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature before heading to the Ethnology Museum. A cyclo tour takes you through the Old Quarter's narrow streets, then you'll visit temples around Restored Sword Lake. Lunch comes at a local restaurant, and by afternoon you'll catch a water puppet show.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
You'll depart early for a 3.5-hour drive through the Red River Delta to Halong City. After boarding the Treasure Junk, the cruise takes you to where Halong and Bai Tu Long waters meet. Kayak and tender boat explorations of the limestone rocks follow, then you'll return for refreshments and dinner on the sundeck before spending the night aboard.

- Day 4
Halong Bay
Wake to mist rising across the bay and have breakfast on deck with scenic views for photography. A tender boat takes you to a secluded floating village where traditional stilt houses line the water. Lunch gets served while cruising back toward harbor, and you'll return to Hanoi later that afternoon.

You'll transfer to Hoi An, the UNESCO World Heritage ancient town. A walking tour shows you 17th-18th century merchant homes, the famous 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the bustling local market. The evening is yours to wander and find dinner wherever appeals to you.

- Day 6
My Son - Thu Bon River
Travel 48km west to My Son Holy Land, a UNESCO site with over 70 Cham towers and temples from the late 4th century. Your guide walks you through the elaborate carvings and sculptures for about 2 hours. After that, board a boat for a scenic cruise on Thu Bon river, visiting local villages with lunch served onboard before arriving at Bach Dang station. You'll head back to Hoi An for the night.

Ho Chi Minh City
Drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 124-mile network hand-dug by the Vietcong over 25 years. Along the way, you'll visit local rice paper workshops and paddy fields before returning for lunch. In the afternoon, explore Cholon (Chinatown) with its colorful Chinese architecture and traditional medicine shops, check out Binh Tay market and Thien Hau Temple, then finish at the historic Reunification Palace before heading back to your hotel.

Mekong Delta
Leave Ho Chi Minh City for My Tho and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Then board a motorboat to Xuan Dong Islet for a quieter Mekong experience. You'll bike through the green island, visit villages and a Coconut Artisan workshop with honeyed tea, then take a peaceful sampan through Vam Chua canal under tropical plants. Lunch happens at a local restaurant before driving back to Saigon.

Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap
Fly to Siem Reap and take a boat trip to Kampong Phluk, three small fishing villages in an atmospheric flooded forest. You'll cruise through seeing unique stilt houses and locals working among the trees. If visiting during dry season (1 March to 31 June), you'll head to Phare The Cambodia Circus instead, watching Cambodian stories told through theater, music, dance and modern circus arts.

Angkor Archaeological Park
Wake early to watch sunrise at Angkor Wat, then return for breakfast at your hotel. The morning includes exploring South Gate of Angkor Thom and the mysterious Bayon temple, followed by Baphoun and the Terrace of the Elephants used for ceremonies. You'll also see the Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon, explore Angkor Wat itself and walk through the 400 sq km archaeological park showing remains of different Khmer Empire capitals.

Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
Travel by private air-conditioned minivan around Tonle Sap Lake for about 4 hours to meet a luxury river cruise vessel. You'll board the Mekong Tara Prince or Mekong Explorer and cruise down the Tonle Sap River and Mekong to Phnom Penh, approximately 4.5 hours downstream. Lunch features BBQ and fresh local fruits with river views showing rural life. Arriving around 4:30 PM, you'll get a free transfer to your hotel.

Phnom Penh to Vientiane
Explore Phnom Penh, once called the loveliest city of Indochina. Visit Wat Phnom, a small hill with an active pagoda marking the legendary founding place. Tour the National Museum housing Khmer sculptures from various periods, then explore the Royal Palace complex including the Silver Pagoda with its 5,000 silver tiles. Take in views at the riverfront confluence of the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers. Later transfer to the airport for your flight to Vientiane, where you'll be met and driven to your hotel.

Visit That Luang, Laos' most important religious building with its golden stupa, then stop at the COPE exhibition about unexploded ordnance from the Vietnam War. In the afternoon, explore Buddha Park's unique Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong banks. You can optionally visit the Lao Disabled Women's Centre and catch the sunset over the Mekong.

Vientiane to Luang Prabang
Start with a half-day city tour at the Royal Palace Museum for local history insights. You'll visit Wat Visoun, known as 'The Water Melon Stupa' for its shape, and Wat Xiengthong with its characteristic low-sweeping roof representing classical Luang Prabang style. Tour the Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos' ethnic diversity, then climb Mt Phousi for a spectacular sunset and panoramic views over Luang Prabang and the Mekong River.

Pak Ou Caves - Kuang Si Waterfall
After breakfast, board a private boat for an upstream Mekong cruise with panoramic countryside views. Visit Ban Muangkeo village and trek to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves in a limestone cliff, filled with thousands of Buddha statues in various shapes and sizes. The boat stops at Ban Nongxai artisan village on the return to Luang Prabang, then you'll have lunch in town. In the afternoon, drive to Kuang Si Waterfall where you can swim in the turquoise pool or walk forest trails, then visit the adjacent Bear Rescue Centre protecting rare Asiatic Black Bears before returning by early evening.

Bangkok
After breakfast, tour the Royal Grand Palace dedicated to Thai Royal Family ceremonies. In the same complex, visit the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, home to the Emerald Buddha Image. Then see Wat Pho with its gigantic Reclining Buddha. A long-tail boat trip along the Chao Phraya River and inner canals shows local life before stopping at Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Lunch comes at a floating restaurant, and in the afternoon you'll visit Wat Traimit known for the Golden Buddha before returning to your hotel.
