In 2009 I was living in London and I wanted to go to egypt for holydays. I remember that I took a magazine in which I found the trip, I thought that it would be nice to go with them because of the places that we would visit and also the price was very affordable. I was traveling on my own, so, I was a little scared, I didn´t know if there were someone to pick me up, but, yes, there was a nice guy who took me to the hotel. When I got the hotel, I meet the other people who were with me in the tour. There are very nice people, we keep in touch since then. It was fun that the egyptians call me Shakira ( I look very latin american), there were also some people who offered cammels for me. We had an amazing trip. Everything was very good but the breakfast of the first day, that vas very cold... all the rest was amazing. I love Egypt, there are many nice things to visit, specially ASWAN... We went to Hurgada for diving, it was such a good experience. I won´t forget every single moment that I spent there... The guides tour were very friendly, they always tried to make our trip as confortable as possible. Tours like this one are very good for making friends from many places. I travel with austalians, english and canadian people. I love it.

This was one of the most memorable tours I experienced in my life. I was very pleased with all the services provided including transportation, accommodations, and explanations of local customs and what to expect to encounter each day. Everything was made easily accessible and explained thoroughly beforehand. I traveled with my family and we did the 9 day tour through Egypt and had the time of our lives! Lots of memories created, made new friends and by the end of the tour we did not want to leave Egypt. Our tour guide Ramez was very , knowledgeable and friendly and did his level best to meet everyone's requests. He was very informative and explained everything in all the sites we visited in the tour and also made very helpful suggestions on additional activities we may like to do. Finally, I would like to truly thank Hany, Sameh, Romany and everyone in the Timeless Egypt Tour team who made my time in Egypt very pleasurable and memorable.

We had a very good holiday. Our guide on the cruise, Ibrahim, was excellent. He spoke very good English, was very knowledgable and had a good sense of humour. The food on the boat, MS Farah, was good quality and plentiful. Our hotel in Luxor was ok but they were renovating rooms and the building work was very noisy. Also some bars and restaurants were not open. The two which were open were in the open air atrium which was unbearably hot. The hotel in Cairo was good. Our guide was ok but we felt that he was reluctant to make suggestions/offer advice. All the transfers ran smoothly and our drivers were all good. The only criticism of the holiday would be the matter of the tips. We paid the recommended amount of $150 each and were told they this would cover all tips on the boat, porters, drivers tour guides etc for the whole holiday. However the boat staff all seemed to expect us to give them tips also the hotel Porters in Luxor and Cairo. With hindsight we would have preferred to pay our own tips as in many cases we paid twice. It was impossible to explain that we had paid our tips to our tour company. Many thanks for a well organised holiday.
