Regarding the optional camel ride: as explained during the tour, this was an additional service not included in the package. The price was clearly communicated to you by the guide before the activity took place, and the decision to participate was entirely optional. We always strive to offer convenient access to such experiences, and like most tour operators worldwide, there is a small margin added for coordination and service facilitation. We understand you may have later learned the local base price of a camel ride; however, please note that when arranging optional experiences through a guide or agency, the final cost reflects not just the activity itself but also the added convenience, time management, and support provided by our team. This is standard practice in tourism services globally. No guest is ever pressured to accept any optional activity. In your case, once the price was shared and agreed upon, the ride was arranged accordingly. Therefore, we regret to inform you that a refund would not be applicable, as the service was delivered as agreed.
