Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo to Luxor
You'll arrive at Cairo International Airport and get assistance through customs. From there, transfer to your hotel or railway station based on your arrival time, then board the overnight sleeper train heading to Luxor. Settle into your private cabin and have dinner while the train moves through the Nile Valley during the night.

Luxor

After breakfast on your cruise, cross the Nile to the West Bank. Spend time in the Valley of the Kings seeing the pharaohs' burial sites, then head to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut built into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari. Stop by the colossal Statues of Memnon before returning to the cruise for lunch. The afternoon is yours to relax while the ship sails toward Edfu.

Following breakfast, your cruise pulls into Edfu where you'll see the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Get back to the cruise for lunch, then continue sailing to Kom Ombo. Here you'll check out this unique riverside temple that honors two gods and visit the crocodile museum. The ship keeps moving toward Aswan while you take in the scenic Nile landscape.

The afternoon gives you free time to shop at Khan El Khalili Bazaar for spices, perfumes, jewelry, and handicrafts.

Then visit the Grand Egyptian Museum which holds the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities including Tutankhamun's complete tomb collection. Free time comes next for photos before returning to your hotel, with the afternoon open for optional activities.
