Our tour leader Zeca Cordeiro was the best !!! He took a sincere interest in our comfort and satisfaction at every turn. Example I am booking for South America tour , the duration is 19 days the rate is from 3,569 US dollars , there is additional upfront costs 1,651 upfront costs. (I don't understand the exact meaning of upfront costs here) My question is will I pay this 3,569 US dollars and 1,651 upfront , so the total should I pay is 5,220 US DOLLARS?
