- Day 1
Marrakech
You'll arrive at either Marrakech or Casablanca airport and get transferred to your traditional riad in Marrakech. Depending on when you land, there's time to walk through the Old Medina, check out La Bahia Palace with its intricate tilework and carved ceilings, and see the Koutoubia Mosque from outside. Jemaa el-Fnaa Square is also nearby, where you'll find snake charmers, food stalls, and street performers creating quite the scene.

Marrakech to Atlas Mountains
Head out early to Imlil in the Atlas Mountains, which sits about two hours from Marrakech. The day focuses on a waterfall hike through the mountain terrain, with the surrounding peaks and cedar forests creating a quiet backdrop. You'll do some yoga in this peaceful setting before settling into your mountain hotel for the night.

Landmarks Imlil - Day 3
Atlas Mountains
This entire day is dedicated to yoga and meditation practice in the mountains. You'll take walks at your own pace, spend time just being in nature, and work through mindfulness activities. It's the kind of day where everything slows down, and that's really the point here.

Atlas Mountains to Marrakech
Start before sunrise with a yoga session and mountain meditations to ease into the day. After breakfast in the early afternoon, you'll transfer back to Marrakech, about a two hour drive down. Once you arrive, you have the option to get a traditional hammam spa treatment at a local bath house. Spend the night in a 4-star traditional riad located in the Old Medina.

Marrakech
Have a traditional breakfast at your riad, then head to Marrakech or Casablanca airport for your departure. The morning gives you time to enjoy one more meal and pack up before the transfer to the airport.
