What can I say about this tour - one word - INCREDIBLE! Our tour guide Hassan and driver Mohammed made sure we got to experience as much of Moroccan culture as we could in the time we were together, including a birthday meal for my husband cooked by Hassan’s wife and family at the end of our tour. The Accommodation and food have been wonderful and Tour Radar upgraded all our accommodation because my husbands birthday was during our tour. Morocco is a beautiful place and we feel a deep affinity for their culture and people after being immersed in it for 5 days - thank you for giving us such an amazing experience!!

We were a group of 8 who chose this 5-day tour option. The whole thing from start to finish worked perfectly. The itinerary is well structured and a good balance of outdoor activities with cultural aspects and amazing scenery. There is a lot of driving time, but the views of the landscape are worth it, highly recommended.

Our driver was careful but had no idea of guiding
It was a pity we could not get any information from him.
But the most troubling situation was the accommodation.
All hotels had no facilities for cold weather and we had to cover up with every clothing we had
The hotel in Quarzazat was in a terrible location and food was mediocre.
We are so sorry we paid this money just to get a severe cold.

We loved our tour with Mohammed. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful of our needs, and happy with a sense of humor. We loved Riad Omara de Kasbah. We felt part of a Moroccan family. Riad Glamour had a very small room and was more like a guesthouse. The other lodging was beyond expectations. We recommend Morocco Custom Tours

What an awesome trip with Cultural Morocco Tours! The entire holiday was incredible, primarily thanks to Hassan as our driver and host. Hassan had so much knowledge to share, and we really appreciated that. He was always on time, and showed us so many different aspects of Moroccan culture. We wanted to do this trip to not have to think much about planning, and Hassan was so valuable having everything planned out for us, yet maintaining full flexibility to alter any part of the itinerary. I will definitely be recommending Hassan to our friends who want to visit the wonderful country!

Abdullitif and Cultural Morocco Tours provided an outstanding 5 day tour !!
He treated me as a friend, not just another tourist. The hotels and desert camp were perfect.
Authentic Morocco, magnificent views, Kasbah's, camel rides, Berber music, amazing food.
Immerse yourself in Morocco, experience the desert with confidence... I'll use them again when in Morocco!!

We booked for the 5-day desert trip from Marrakesh small group tour ( up to 16 persons) organised by the Cultural Morocco Tours but did not expect that we were the only couple in the tour! So essentially we paid for a cheaper group tour rate but got exclusive private tour perks and treatment! Abdul (Abdellatif) our driver and tour guide is prompt and courteous as he fetched us from our hotel in Marrakesh. He has a good command of English and knows a lot about Moroccan history, culture, arts, religion. He is also a musician and is passionate about his Berber roots and heritage. We find him very friendly and knows everybody in the places we are going which makes us feel safe knowing that we are in good and safe company. He knows im into photography so he always know which are the best spots to stop and take a photo of the landscape or the people. The best accomodation we’ve had in this tour would be for me Dar Blues in Boumalne Dades. The place is so beautifully located along the river edge but the ambience of the place is so relaxing. The food cooked and served by the always smiling Fatima is utterly delicious and well presented. The best food experience for me would be on the 5th day as we go back to Marrakesh stopping for late lunch at this place where drivers and tourists stop for lunch. Abdul ordered some beef kofta with spices and grilled lamb chops along with some salad and we ate lunch in the restaurant’s terrace. It was a friday and the restaurant was next to a mosque as we listened to adhan or the call to prayer. I was also able to do a little bit of street and documentary photography while waiting for our lunch. I popped down to photograph the rows of displayed butchered lambs while the smoke billows from the orange charcoals cooking the spiced meat filling the air with the delicious barbecued smell of lamb meat. I also managed to sneakily shoot from the hip a picture of these 2 Berber women along the roadside enjoying their lunch of bread and meat. If you are a keen photographer, Morocco may be a big challenge but my oh my, your photos would be amazing! This is my 3rd time in Morocco and im just so excited to go home back to London and see what i have captured in my cameras ( im still in Casablanca at time of writing this review). The best experience in this 5-day desert tour is of course the camel ride sunset experience. I was able to do two sunrise and two sunset shoots in the desert with this tour. The Tiziri Camp in Merzouga desert is where we stayed. It is a beautiful site to stay next to the desert sand dunes. We had a campfire get together at night and the next day Ahmed was our tour guide for the Merzouga Desert Tour. The highlight of this tour for me was meeting one of the nomads family and interacting with them while the wife was baking bread in the sand stove, the little boy and his grandfather together in their little hut. This was my “National Geographic” moment as i took their portraits and document how they live.
Over-all, me and my wife are very fortunate to have Abdellatif ( Abdul for short ) from Cultural Morocco Tours as our driver and guide and we would highly recommend his company as we felt we were top priority and have positive experience with the tour. My only regret is that we could have extended our tour and it was hard to say our goodbyes. We will have fond memories of Morocco: the sights and smells, its rich culture and people and one of them will be Abdul - our driver, guide, philosopher, historian, musician, and singer.
The most unforgettable experience in this tour? When Abdul dropped us off our hotel in Marrakech and gave us a big hug saying ‘take care my sister’ to my wife and ‘take care my brother’ to me. Thank you so much Abdul for making our holiday memorable and continue to be an ambassador of goodwill for the Moroccan people and of course for the Berbers of the High Atlas mountains.

The 5 days tour that I have done as a solo traveller with cultural Morocco tours have totally changed my view of Morocco.
I am trying to find the words to describe my spent travelling time with these friendly people.but I surprisingly struggle to find a word! It's actually a short time for a large country, but I saw, heard, touched, listened, tasted, smelled, caressed, observed, meditated, and absorbed, even more the strength of this beautiful country! What made the trip more enjoyable and interesting was Abdul, my guide who became a good friend, he's really a great person that has so much to tell, as I learned from him so much about Moroccan culture, history and arts..,
With no doubts, this is the best unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back for another longer Morocco tour experience..,

We had an amazing 5 day tour this week with Cultural morocco from Marrakech through the Atlas Mountains to the dessert (Ouarzazate, Skoura, Erfoud, Merzouga) and back through Draa Valley, Ait Benhaddou etc.
The level of service was perfect all through the trip.
We had fantastic guides: Jazouli and Yassine.
The pick-up time and place was exactly as promised, we travelled in excellent car. The drivers were safe - very good driving style.
The guides were very flexible in desired stops, timing etc.
The selection of Kasbah's in which we stayed in Skoura and Ait desert was excellent - they really select good accomodations!
Also the Tiziri Luxury Tent in desert camp was great quality and the people are very nice and friendly.
So all in all definitely a tour company that I would highly recommend.

Wow this is a tough one to review. Let me start with this, our driver Ismail was unbelievable. He was such a nice guy and even added a few extra stops to our trip that would interest us. As a driver he couldn't be better. Now to the tough part - this trip is very long. It's essentially one full day of driving to a nice little town where you spend one night. There's not much to do here though. You're here to sleep. Then on the next day you drive from the morning until the evening again. You arrive in the Sahara for a camel ride for an hour then spend a night at a camp in the Sahara. This is nice but pretty unorganised (but it's Morocco). You then watch the sunrise, have breakfast and you're on your way to Marrakesh. You spend the whole day driving again. So all in all, we'd recommend not rushing through Morocco. It's mainly driving through the desert to get there. So top and tail your trip with more destinations on the way - inshallah
