- RRRebecca· April 22nd, 2025Mohamed was great. I was a solo female traveller and I felt safe and enjoyed all of the activities. It is a very busy five days so make sure you are ready for driving, sports and fun. For me it was everything that I wanted, and felt like I was able to see key highlights of Marrakesh and experience incredible activities all in 5 days.Show moreTouaregTrails commented on this reviewThank you so much for your feedback Rebecca, we are more than happy that you had a great and safe solo travel with our tour guide Mohamed and all the teamTrip date: April 2025
- Michaela· March 25th, 2025Trip of a lifetime. I went as a solo female traveler and it was just me and Mohamed. Mohamed was amazing - he was so accommodating, knowledgable, kind, smart and fun. Yes I was very nervous about going alone before I started but he made me feel so comfortable. The adventures were unreal - the camels, the desert, the horses, the rock climbing and the incredible sites and cultures. The flexibility this tour provides is incredible.Show moreTouaregTrails commented on this reviewThank you so much for your positive feedback! Our tour guide, Mohammed was knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining our daily itinerary, describing what we were seeing and providing good insights to the people and culture. The hotels were of good quality with the include meals enjoyable. This is an active itinerary with, rock climbing, hiking, ATV riding, sand boarding and a 2 hour camel ride, my grandson 17, enjoyed everything.Show moreTouaregTrails commented on this reviewThank you so much for your kind words! - Susan· November 11th, 2024Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishA very nice active and interesting trip. Our guide was Mohammed. I recommend everyone to choose this trip instead of a short cheap three day trip to the desert from Marrakech. On the short trip you sit in the bus more than you see anything. On this trip you really get to know the country, do exciting activities, sleep in nice hotels and although you have to travel a lot it doesn't feel that way because there is a fun activity or sight seeing every so often. We were very lucky with our guide. He has a pleasant personality, is open minded and because he himself comes from a Nomad family, we learned about Nomad life up close. We visited a Nomad family; very special how they live and how hospitable they are. Besides the activities from the standard program, Mohammed also looked at other activities that fit our interests. For example, we visited a car museum. Really interesting. A trip never to forget.Show moreTrip date: November 2024
- Daniel· October 5th, 2024The whole trip was a whirlwind of experiences and adventure. When they say it is active then you need to believe it, every day is full of different trips and activities, you are not in any one place more than one night, and it is tiring. Yes, as others have noted, you spend a lot of time on the road; this is because the country is vast and many of the sights and locations are spread far and wide. What is really great though is that the experienced guide will manage the time spent in the vehicle with stops, lunches and visits, so you always have something to break up your time on the road. Our guide, Mohammed, was just amazing and so knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted to get out of our trip, was flexible and accomodating. He was able to take us to several places that were not on the itinerary, which made the trip so much more special, because we were able to immerse ourselves in local culture. We cannot stress how special he made it for us. TouregTrails was brilliantly and efficiently organised, we absolutely would go back and would love to see a different part of Morocco with them, and Mohammed as our guide.Show moreTouaregTrails commented on this reviewThank you so much for choosing and trusting our team, we are happy to hear that you had a great experience with our teamTrip date: September 2024

- Francisco· June 20th, 2024Just returned from a 5 day Sahara adventure tour with my kids (13 and 16) and it was an unbelievable experience!!! I can't recommend Toureg Trails enough! My guide Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable of the culture, history and geography of the region and made the whole experience feel 100% authentic. The hot air balloon, canyon trail, rock climbing, camel ride , quad ride and sand boarding activities were all awesome! Not a single tourist trap experience. All of the hotels were very nice (4 star) with good restaurants and attentive service. The whole tour was organized to the last detail and was flawless. Youssef and Mohamed were extremely accommodating and attentive (details such as-I needed to keep my daughter's medication cool during the trip so they brought a cooler in the van and made sure it had ice or frozen bottles of water daily). Cant say enough about their professionalism and how great of an experience this private tour was!!!!Show moreTouaregTrails commented on this reviewThank you so much Francisco for this amazing comment, and recommendation. Whether it was a charming riad or a luxurious desert camp, each location offered a unique and authentic experience. Attention to Detail: The organizers had thought of everything!
