Asked on July 30th, 2023can you please confirm the hotel/motel we will be residing in during the trip? When does the trip begin on Sept 2? If we need to get to Jackson a day earlier, I'm not finding any hotels all are sold out, If the accommodation was covered for Friday night that would be great. Accommodation says Cooke City, MT, if I take a flight to Jackson WY, I will need to rent a car and drive to Cooke City, MT and Since we need to be ready at 6 on Saturday morning we probably have to get there Friday

Our 2Day/1Night Tour leaves from Jackson Hole Wyoming on the morning of 2SEP with a pickup at approximately 6:00AM. We can pick up from lodging in Teton Village, Wilson, or Jackson. If you are not able to lodge in the area, you would need to meet us at the Home Ranch Welcome Center Parking Lot. We would not recommend renting a car but if you will be, please look into parking location in Jackson Hole that would be suitable to leave your vehicle.

Asked on March 5th, 2022For a group of 21 persons, is it possible? (It is NOT a problem to divide my group into 2 if necessary as long as we run at the same date and time). One of participant needs to use his personal electric wheel chair for walking around, wheelchair is foldable so mostlikely can be stowed in the transport vehicle during the road trip. Can he participate?
