Nuremberg to Bamberg
You'll arrive in Nuremberg by 3:30 pm and board by 5 pm. Get settled into your suite, then have dinner on board while you start getting familiar with the ship. You'll sail overnight toward Bamberg, so it's a good time to explore the different areas and relax after your journey.

Bamberg
In Bamberg, you can choose between biking along the canals, taking a guided walk through the old town to see the Romanesque cathedral and Old Town Hall, or visiting a family-run hop garden for local beer tasting. Afterward you'll have free time to try some German-style Rauchbier, and later you'll attend a beer lecture from your Beer Expert while the ship heads toward Würzburg.

An optional brewery tour is available to check out local craft beers. You'll have afternoon free time to explore on your own, then enjoy live entertainment on board before heading to Boppard.

An optional morning trip to the village of Colmar is also available. The ship heads to Basel after your activities.
