Initially, since this was my first tour led holiday, I was worried about how I would find travelling together with strangers for a prolonged period but also about staying in accommodations that I did not personally choose. After completing the tour, I can honestly say that those worries now seem needless as our group were great and made my experience better, while the accommodations we stayed in were more than apt. The tour brought me to places that I definitely wouldn't have thought of visiting if I had travelled by myself and the insights of the tour guide into the culture of Colombia enhanced my experience no end.
