However, I've noticed that the same tour is now available at a further discounted rate of $4,468 per person on Tourradar. I kindly request that you review the pricing and refund the difference to reflect the updated discount.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, we cannot retroactively apply discounts to existing bookings. This is similar to how airline pricing works; fares and tour prices can fluctuate before and after a booking is made, depending on availability, demand, and promotions. At the time of your booking, you secured the best available price, and we're confident you're still receiving great value for the experience included.

Vision of Scandinavia is a Guaranteed Group tour. If you would like to add some private tour when there is free time we can include it with an extra cost. Otherwise we can offer the same tour without a tour leader with private guided tours with a supplement for covering the extra costs.

We do not exclude anyone from our tours! This tour is not very demanding in terms of walking, but it includes some guided tours mostly with bus and guide besides Bergen which is only walking. The pace is not very fast and the rest of travelling is either bus, ferry or train. If you feel and are in good health and your physician is not objecting then we don't see any reason to not join one of our tours.
