The tour guide was knowledgeable and always made me feel safe. The coach driver was extremely competent, he managed those hairpin bends in Norway beautifully. Key constructive comment is that the first and last accommodation should be closer to town. Copenhagen Scandic Slusammen was a nightmare to get to from the central train station. None of the bus drivers in the No7 or another bus had a clue where we meant. You need to do your homework as this hotel didn't offer Sunday dinner & no local eateries around. This could be addressed by providing a bus into town with return 2.5/3 hrs later. Better to charge a few extra dollars than the negative feedback you'll be receiving regarding this issue. One KEY POINT is that you need to list the address of each hotel on your app, not just their name & this would help, particularly as we discovered there were so many Scandic hotels. Hotel location in three capital cities however were way too far from the city centre. In Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. I know it is due to the price, but these hotels were at least 5 to 10km out of the city centre and in out of the way locations not on great public transport. We can arrange up to two additional nights at the beginning of the tour at the rate of $97 USD per per per night and up to two post nights at the rate of $55 USD per person per night. You will be responsible for arranging your arrival and departure flights as well as any additional nights independently.

We do not offer credits for future travel. You can leave your reservation as is until final payment. After that point, you will lose the option to move your deposit to a different package and percentage penalties will be incurred.
