The tour guide was knowledgeable and always made me feel safe. The coach driver was extremely competent, he managed those hairpin bends in Norway beautifully. Key constructive comment is that the first and last accommodation should be closer to town. Copenhagen Scandic Slusammen was a nightmare to get to from the central train station. None of the bus drivers in the No7 or another bus had a clue where we meant. You need to do your homework as this hotel didn't offer Sunday dinner & no local eateries around. This could be addressed by providing a bus into town with return 2.5/3 hrs later. Better to charge a few extra dollars than the negative feedback you'll be receiving regarding this issue. One KEY POINT is that you need to list the address of each hotel on your app, not just their name & this would help, particularly as we discovered there were so many Scandic hotels.
