The logistics were excellent and the tour guide Rani Shitrit was fantastic. He couldn’t do enough for us, his English was excellent as was his knowledge. Thoroughly recommend. - Tina· March 31st, 2019This was the worst tour I have ever experienced in all of my worldly travels. Buyer beware! Do not book this company. The whole itinerary was subcontracted through a different company. We were shipped off like wild animals from one place to another with no consistency or actual guide. The hotel accommodations were terrible 2-3star. One night we took an overnight car ride through the dark and cold desert without a hotel or shower to do a full day tour. No sleep. This was the downfall of the tour. When I contacted the company very upset about how there was no accommodations and how we were shoved in a car for a 10 hour ride, they didn't care and would not reimburse me. We choose to cancel the remainder of our tour and book with a professional company who assisted their tourists with the utmost professionalism and experience. Beware of the HIDDEN COSTS! When I asked if all visas and taxes were included in the tour, the company replied they were. When we arrived ay the border, we were not able to cross without paying cash $530US immediately in order to cross. I contacted the company immediately in dispair and again they weren't accomidating or helpful. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Trip date: January 2018 - SISyed· January 13th, 2018The guides were excellent and the transportation was good. But I think the Tour Company should send their reps on all tours to find out first hand what happens on the tour. When wee went to Sharm El Sheik airport, the Egypt Air airline and immigration officials refused to provide us tickets. They wanted a letter from our Tour Company stating that they would warrant that we were bonafide tourists. The airline official said that the Visa we obtained at the Taba Border ( Eilat to Egypt) was a "small visa" and that we needed to buy a "big Visa". This would cost us an additional $25 each. But the guarantee letter would cost us $100. Thje airline and Immigration authorities were on this scam. I was forced to pay $150 in US cash. No credit cards were accepted. The 4 day river cruise was a joke. The only thing about this cruise was that the room was clean. We had no internet service for 4 days and the cabin TV had 3 channels only- Two Arabic and one German. When I asked the Cruise Director about an English channel, he said that he had none! The food on the cruise ship was well below the Western Standards. I intend to post my dissatisfaction on the Review for both Tour Radar and Bookings.com Vera of Bookings.com promised to refund me $100 for the guarantee letter and the change in air flight ($22.04) as we could not make the 5:30 am flight to Cairo from Sharm El Sheikh because the airline demanded the letter from our tour operator. We arrived at the airport at 3:30 am. We took the next available flight at 12:30pm and lost a half day of sightseeing that was originally scheduled.
