As im not really fond of long trips on the road or train. Further, i would like to just confirm, are all transportation between all the areas included in the package? Except for the flight to and from the first and last destination?

The average age on this tour is between 40 and 60. Travelling time is not too long and also you are not travelling every day from one location to the other. The longest train ride will be from Flam to Oslo, which in total will take 6 hours. But here it is worth to mention that the train will take you through wonderful scenery, so it will be an experience in itself. All transportation is included, except the airport transfers (which you can book as an optional service for extra costs).
