Solo travellers will be roomed with a fellow group member of the same gender, and if this option is not available then you will have a room to yourself. To guarantee a private room you will need to select the single supplement option for an additional cost. Please note that single supplements are only available during city stays.

Travel insurance should cover emergency medical evacuation, as well as the highest elevation level that you will be at during the trek. Mountain trekking can be unpredictable and emergency situations may arise very suddenly so it pays to be prepared.

Please remember to pack as lightly as possible for the mountain. Items not needed for the trek can be kept in the hotel. All you will need to carry is your day pack with essentials such as drinking water, energy bars, sun cream, camera, and any other stuff that you will need during the day

Breakfasts and dinners will be provided at the guesthouse and lunch will be taken along on the trek. Breakfasts are included in Kathmandu and Pokhara, however, lunches and dinners will be left up to you. There will be plenty of opportunities to find good places to eat.
