Itinerary
- Day 1
Bucharest
You'll arrive in Bucharest and get settled at your hotel. The afternoon is set aside for exploring the capital's main sights, starting with the Arch of Triumph and moving through the Romanian Atheneum, Constitution Square, and the Palace of the Parliament. By evening, head to the Old Town for a traditional welcome dinner complete with a folklore show at a local restaurant. It's a good way to get oriented and sample some local culture right away.

Bucharest to Sibiu
After breakfast, you'll take a guided tour through the Palace of the Parliament, seeing its grand halls, chandeliers, and impressive carpets. Then drive north through the Carpathian Mountains and Olt Valley to reach Sibiu, a medieval town. A local guide takes you through the Grand and Small Squares, Liar's Bridge, Brukenthal Palace, Council Tower, Catholic Church, and the Evangelical Church. You'll check in for a 2-night stay here.

Sighisoara - Biertan
Head to Sighisoara, a UNESCO World Heritage medieval site, and explore the citadel with a local guide covering the Covered Stairway, Clock Tower, Vlad Dracul House, Tinsmiths' Tower, and Church on the Hill. After that, visit the Fortified Church of Biertan on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards. If you're interested, there's an optional trip to Sibiel village for a traditional dinner featuring homemade wine and plum brandy with locals. You'll return to Sibiu for the night.

Bran - Brasov
Drive to Bran village to see Bran Castle, the 14th-century fortress known for its Dracula connection through Bram Stoker's novel. It originally served as a customs point for centuries and became Queen Marie of Romania's royal residence starting in 1920. From there, continue to medieval Brasov and walk through the Old Town with its colorful houses and cobblestone streets. Check out the Black Church, Black Tower, White Tower, Ecaterina's Gate, and Rope's Street.

Departure
Travel to Sinaia, a mountain resort town, and tour Peles Castle, built in German new-Renaissance style. King Carol I commissioned it in 1873, and it served as the royal family's summer residence until 1947. After exploring the castle, you'll transfer to Bucharest International Airport for your departure.
