We did explain the situation when we contacted you directly. All the visits where made and all the services were provided. We have included in the tour some of the most popular and interesting local sites , but Transylvania is a large area and it can not be comprised in 8 days. Regarding the meals, we have an optional package (which you did not booked) including traditional experiences, such as lunch at the locals in the Viscri village or dinner with folklore show in Bucharest. Please be assured that all necessary arrangements have been made. We are disappointed that you made such a poor assessment of the tour due to 2 typos that were later corrected in the documentation. The route is a very good product, your guides are very well reviewed, and the hotels are generally rated from very good to excellent (Hotel in Bucharest - 9/10, Hotel in Sibiu 8.8/10, Hotel in Brasov 8.3/10, Hotel in Sighetul Marmatiei 9/10, Hotel in Cluj Napoca 9.2/10). - MG
