Itinerary
- Day 1
Lake Manyara National Park
You'll start by driving into Lake Manyara National Park to see the different landscapes there, from acacia woodlands to underground water forests. The park is known for baboons, giraffes, elephants, impalas, and lions that climb trees, which you'll have a chance to spot during your game viewing. After spending the full day looking for wildlife, you drive to Marera Valley Lodge where dinner and your first night's stay are waiting for you.

Ngorongoro Crater
This morning you'll have breakfast early before heading into the Ngorongoro Crater on a steep, narrow road. As you drive down, the scenery changes from forested slopes to open savannah. You have good odds of seeing the Big Five along with warthogs, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, and hyenas throughout the day. Lunch happens as a picnic right in the crater, and then you drive back for another overnight stay.

Landmarks/POIs Ngorongoro Crater - Day 3
Tarangire National Park to Arusha
Next you'll drive to Tarangire National Park, which is one of the best spots in East Africa for seeing elephants. The landscape has bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and large baobab trees scattered throughout. From your safari vehicle with its open roof, you can watch elephants, Masai giraffes, gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and over 500 kinds of birds. After your game drive wraps up, you head back to Arusha Airport.
