Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
Your driver meets you at Cairo International Airport with a sign, then you'll head through the terminal and get driven by private air-conditioned vehicle to JAZ Pyramids Resort. After checking in, your tour manager walks through the itinerary with you and confirms all the pickup times for the days ahead.

- Day 2
Cairo
Breakfast happens at your hotel, and then you'll meet your Egyptologist guide for a full day exploring Cairo. The morning takes you to Giza Plateau where you'll see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, plus the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure and the Sphinx. From there you head to the Valley Temple with its granite columns, then the Egyptian Museum to see ancient artifacts, royal mummies, and pharaonic treasures. In the afternoon, you'll walk through Old Cairo's spiritual sites including the Hanging Church and the historic Ben Ezra Synagogue.

- Day 3
Cairo to Luxor
After breakfast at your hotel, you transfer to Cairo Airport and fly to Luxor. Your local guide meets you and starts exploring the East Bank right away. You'll see the Karnak Temple complex with the Great Hypostyle Hall featuring 134 towering columns and a Sacred Lake where ancient rituals happened. Next you check out Luxor Temple, well-preserved with colossal statues and a ceremonial avenue. Later, you settle into the Semiramis Nile Cruise, have dinner, and stay overnight aboard.

- Day 4
Luxor
Breakfast is served aboard the cruise, then you head out with your guide to Luxor's West Bank. You'll walk through the Valley of the Kings where pharaohs like Tutankhamun were buried, seeing vividly decorated tombs about the afterlife. After that comes the Temple of Hatshepsut, a mortuary temple carved into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari. You'll stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues standing for thousands of years. Following lunch, a tranquil sail takes you to Edfu with dinner and overnight on the cruise.

- Day 5
Edfu to Aswan
Breakfast is on the cruise, then you explore ancient temples with your private Egyptologist guide. The Temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus, shows towering columns, sacred reliefs, and Ptolemaic-era inscriptions of divine rituals and epic battles. From there you head to Kom Ombo Temple, a rare double temple devoted to both Sobek and Horus with its distinctive symmetrical design and ancient carvings. You'll also visit the nearby Crocodile Museum with mummified reptiles from the sacred Nile. Return to the cruise, sail onward to Aswan, have dinner, and stay overnight.

- Day 6
Aswan
After breakfast, you venture into Nubia to see Aswan's unique charm and ancient sites. You'll check out the High Dam, a 20th-century engineering project that created Lake Nasser, one of the world's largest man-made lakes. Next is the Unfinished Obelisk, an abandoned giant in Aswan's granite quarries showing ancient Egyptian stoneworking techniques. You'll finish at Philae Temple, a shrine to the goddess Isis relocated to Agilkia Island to protect it from flooding, showcasing Ptolemaic architecture with sanctuaries and colonnades. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight.

Aswan to Cairo
After breakfast, you leave the Nile cruise and disembark. A transfer takes you to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. When you arrive, a Sun Pyramids Tours representative meets and assists you, then escorts you to JAZ Pyramids Resort for check-in and free time to relax or explore the city on your own.

- Day 8
Departure from Cairo
You have your final breakfast at the hotel before checking out. An air-conditioned transfer takes you to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight, wrapping up your journey through the Pyramids, Luxor, and Aswan.
