Our tour director went out of his way to help us and our motor coach driver was superb. I especially loved all the different hotels we stayed in. Our bus driver Andrea was wonderful too. We were so cared for & I believe Ivan went out of his way to provide extra local tours & assistance with ATM usage which were fabulous. He had such a wonderful personality. All of our accommodations were great. I especially loved Vatican City. Each destination was great. I didn't realize Lake Como would be so fabulous either.
