  Too many passages in Cairo, and therefore too much time wasted in traffic jams. There are at least 11 exits or entrances or crossings of the capital. The Cairo guide made us pay for all the parking lots, whereas it's normally up to the driver to pay for them (information given by the other guides). I THEREFORE ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THESE PARKING LOTS! We had a lot of guides. Overall, we were very satisfied. For our visit to the market in Cairo, the guide dropped us off and arranged to meet us. The market didn't really interest us. The last day we took a guide associated with a youth hostel, who took us to the same market, but accompanied us and took us to see Egyptian craftsmen. This was far more interesting than wandering around and being pestered by sellers of handicrafts and/or Chinese products. The second time was in the early afternoon and the vendors were less "drunk" or "insistent" too. A small incident concerning the absence of lunch on returning from the night in the white desert, which ended well with an improvised meal, following our complaints and insistence. For the last dinners included in Cairo, the hotel imposed a meal on us. For the second one, we refused to eat the same thing, and won our case. We're glad they agreed. It would be nice if it were planned beforehand so that there would be choice or variety.

  Thanks to Ihab for helping us from the beginning to organize our trip to Egypt. His collaboration and daily follow up made us feel accompanied and reassured the whole trip. Everything worked perfectly with the drivers and the guides in every place we visited. It is worth mentioning that the drivers were very kind and above all prudent in driving. The guides were very good in general, very well prepared professionals, they handled the language very well even with the terminology and also very polite and cordial. In Cairo we were with Isra, a young and well prepared girl, calm and smiling. She accompanied us on some wonderful visits: tour of the historical points of the city, the pyramids and museums mainly. Excellent introduction for what followed. The trip continues in Luxor with the visit to the temples of Karnak and Luxor and the Colossi of Memnon. This is a spectacular tour, unmissable, impressive and unforgettable. Our guide Josén did not like us but Ihab listened to us and solved us wonderfully for the following days of the trip. The visit in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings and the temple of Hatshepsut we did with Mohamad, an excellent guide. He allowed us to enjoy so much beauty in these two absolutely wonderful and incredible sites! Clearly a must-see of the trip. To finish the tour we traveled by car to Aswan stopping first at the temples of Edfu and Kom ombo. Each temple is surprising in its own way and has its own charm. We were fascinated by the experience in these temples thanks to Elham's excellent guide. He enchanted us in great detail entering with us in both temples, showing us and explaining us with grace, simplicity and ease. The last day of the trip is the most "heavy" because it is a long trip to get to Abu Simbel but I have to say that it is worth it. It is monumental, it is that monumental is small considering what is normally already monumental. Impressive dimensions, grandeur, beauty and not least the incredible work that UNESCO did to save this temple. The views, the desert, the Nile, Lake Nasser ... this must be seen in presence to understand the majesty. We had a guide, Samhy who accompanied us on this visit. To close with a flourish we visited the temple of Philae which is beautiful! We could not ask for more for an end of trip. The visit to the temple of Philae was beautiful. To get to the temple we had to take a short and very suggestive boat ride that takes us to the temple, a beautiful experience. Ayman our guide gave us very interesting detailed explanations with a lot of passion. Thanks to Ihab and the majestic beauties of a beautiful Egypt, more than I had imagined. We are looking forward to return to continue enjoying so many wonders, learning and exploring. THANK YOU to this great civilization for the culture, for the important legacy under so many aspects and its teachings. Rossana

  This tour was really nice! The cruise was comfortable, the food was tasty and our hotel in Cairo was also very good. Visiting Egypt was such an amaizing experience. The only "bad" thing is that on the day that we were flying to Egypt, they told us that the planning was going to be changed. Instead of doing Cairo-Aswan-Luxor we did Cairo-Luxor-Aswan, it wasn't that big of a deal but I wished they would have told us sooner so we could plan taking that in mind. Another thing is DO NOT BUY in the places where your tour guides take you. They are very kind but they obviously want to earn money and WILL scam you. Specially for the Alabaster factory, the cammels, etc. However they never force you to buy anything, they only show it to you. These are the thing why I wouldn't give this tour 5 stars. The rest of the things were amaizing. We were in contact with Ithaca through all the trip, they solved our problem and were also very flexible. Some people say that the cruise was old, I think is good enough for the money you pay. All the transports between the cruise/hotels and temples/tourist attraction is private, and the tour guides too, which makes it more personalised. Overall I would recomend anyone to take this experience. In our case we were two female university students and we felt safe when we were with the tour.
