- Jennifer· March 29th, 2025The whole trip was great! Kareem gave a great tour of the pyramids and the Sphinx in Giza. He knew so much about construction of the pyramids and the time periods. The real stars of the show, however, were Yuri and Goma, our tour guide and driver for Siwa. It was a fascinating drive down, with plenty of stops to stretch and grab a snack. Yuri told us so mych about the areas we passed through, but she really shone in Siwa! She introduced us to so many lively people, showed us such amazing sites, and gave us so much cultural history. She is passionate about the area and it shows. I have a bad knee and Goma was always there to lend an arm, give me a boost, and just help out in general. They made an excellent team. For those who prefer not to participate in a specific tour, staying at the hotel or in the vehicle with air conditioning is always an option.
