Even before the trip started, Rianna’s communication was outstanding in preparing for my upcoming trip, providing advice, guidance and reassurance on a someone who had never been overseas before. Once commencing the trip, Ri demonstrated amazing communication and some wonderful jokes/puns throughout her trip to continuously keep us all engaged. It was a wonderful mixture of learning about the history, scenery and things to look forward to in each country we were about to visit. I would also just love to highlight Rianna’s professionalism and enthusiasm. Her energy each day has been incredible which has resulted in encouraging everyone to get out of their comfort zone and participating. Her passion and friendliness is not something I often come across and I could appreciate the immense amount of effort she puts into her role each individual day. I believe she should be used as the standard to all trip managers Overall, Ri as a trip manager was phenomenal but more importantly, she is just an amazing person.
