- Cathy· July 25th, 2025Emma is a wonderful person and an excellent guide. She cared about each of us, checking in frequently and sharing her experiences. A true jewel. Damien was an excellent driver. Helpful and personable. Always ready to lend a hand and a ready smile. The itinerary was perfect for a 'taste' of Europe. It allowed a chance to experience the countries enough to determine if I would like to return for a longer stay. The accommodations were great except for the Garden Inn by Hilton. It was very run down, their staff were not at the same level as our other accommodations and the food was passable. This was not the fault of our guideShow moreTrip date: July 2025
- CFCarmel· July 25th, 2025Excellent tour. Emma and Damian were very nice and patient with my travelers. I gave them an A++++. I recommend Touradar and expat . I ll book more adventures with them. Everything about this tour were well organized.Show moreTrip date: July 2025

- James· July 8th, 2025Overall, the places we visited were great, our only issue was the cheap accommodation. Having to climb 3 sets of stairs with suitcases was not safe, nor professional. Hotel near the airport on the last night after spending a good 12 -15-hour day was extremely unpleasant with continuous planes, trains and cars passing all night. Meals were average. Tour guide and bus driver were excellent as was the places we saw. At times the tour seemed very rushed, so you did not have much time to truly enjoy your surrounds or shop. Highlight for us was Switzerland and Brussels.Show moreTrip date: May 2025
- MDMarjorie· June 30th, 2025Excellent tour with Ricardo and Victor! Ricardo was very informative. I truly appreciate the effort and time he put into our tour. It was a fantastic experience, and Victor made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the tour. Thank you both for making the tour so enjoyable! ~ MarjorieShow moreTrip date: June 2025
- Cheryl Helen· June 30th, 2025The tour leader (Ricardo) and driver (Victor) were excellent. The places we went were eye-popping. It was incredible to see places in real life I had previously only seen on TV. The hotels were generally good though the rooms could be very hot! Each room should be equipped with a fan, or preferably, air conditioning. Overall, we were VERY happy with our Expat Explore Europe Taster trip. Will be recommending them to everyone.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

- ECErika· June 29th, 2025This tour was amazing and exceeded all expectations. Fast paced but very well organised. Great value for money, from the meals to the hotels, just amazing. Not to mention our Tour Leader Ricardo and Driver Victor, these guys were the 'real MVP's' and the experience. They both were very organised, helpful and paid attention to detail. - CMCatherine· June 25th, 2025Sat on roomier seats on other coaches since. Really irritated that the people at the front of the bus used the bsck door trappung the people at the back of the bus till last repeatedly. No consideration for tall, long legged people while single people took 2 seats for themselves while couples were squashed together. Seat rotation needs to include fairness. Accommodation was as advertised. Include meals adequate.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

Asked on June 23rd, 2025If my credit card has some sort of travel insurance, that means I don't have to get another travel insurance because the insurance from my credit card will suffice?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
While many credit cards do offer some level of travel insurance, the coverage can vary widely depending on the card and the provider. It might include things like trip cancellation, lost luggage, or emergency medical assistance, but it often comes with limitations, exclusions, and lower coverage amounts. For traveling with Expat Explore, travel insurance is a requirement — and it needs to cover key areas like trip cancellations (especially if you need to cancel yourself), medical emergencies and repatriation, and loss of personal items. So even if your credit card offers some coverage, we recommend: Reviewing your credit card's insurance policy closely — check exactly what's included and what's not. Considering a standalone travel insurance policy if your card's coverage isn't comprehensive enough for Expat Explore's requirements.

Asked on June 22nd, 2025what international flight do i have to book? and this whole tour, how are are we travelling from one place to another?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
Since you're already in London, there's no need to book any international flight to join the tour. This tour actually starts and ends in London, so you'll simply need to make your way to the designated meeting point on Day 1. Throughout the tour, you'll be traveling on a modern, air-conditioned coach with reclining seats and an onboard toilet. This coach is used for most overland travel between destinations, offering a comfortable and scenic way to explore Europe.

Asked on June 22nd, 2025Can I join the tour in Paris, France?

Yes, you can definitely join the tour in Paris and the group is expected to arrive at the Hotel in Paris at around 5PM on Day 1 and you can meet with the group there.

Traveler•Written June 2025Can you give me a quote for 2 adults and a teenage girl age 13 for the tour on 3rd August with the option of starting in Paris and ending closest to Barcelona Spain.
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
The tour cost is based on a standard rate applicable at the time of booking. Currently, the structure of our tours does not accommodate changes in the itinerary starting or ending locations, so the cost remains consistent regardless of these alterations.

Asked on June 20th, 2025do you know what hotel you will be staying at in Paris? if I meet you in Paris can I still travel with you back to London at the end of the trip?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
Hotels used for each tour are confirmed closer to the departure and if you have a confirmed booking and the tour date is within 90 Days, we can check which Hotel in Paris is contracted for that tour. Yes, we do allow our travelers to join late on the tour(ex. join in Paris instead of London) and yes you can complete the tour until it ends back in London even if you joined late.

Asked on June 17th, 2025Is this strictly enforced, I have a 6-year-old and a one yr old. The one yr old will be carried by her father, will this be problem? Kindly indicate why the age limit, also in terms of accommodation, are there rooms to accommodate a family of 4?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
Due to the nature of our tours being packed with activities and extensive walking, we have established a minimum age limit of 10 years old, as they may not be suitable for young children. Additionally, the included accommodations for our tours are for Twin-Share Rooms and that would mean that a group of 4 will share 2 rooms.

Asked on June 16th, 2025Do we need to book flights for each city? for example London - Paris - Burgundy?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
For the Tours that we offer, we use our own Coaches as the main mode of Transportation. This means that the customers will only need to make preparations on how to get to the starting Country/City at the start of the Tour, and then getting back to their home country at the end of the tour. Once they have joined the tour on Day 1, the group will be on board our own coach to travel around and navigate through the Tour's Itinerary.

Asked on June 15th, 2025I think it's impossible to join the group from Morocco without 2 visa 1 for my wife another for me. I don't know how do you proceed in this case?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
If obtaining a UK visa is not possible, you may join the group directly in Paris instead. The tour travels from London to Paris on Day 1, and the first night's accommodation is already in Paris/France. Please note that the tour price remains the same even if you join later, as the package is fixed. Please also ensure you obtain a Schengen visa, as it will be required for the rest of the countries visited on the tour: France, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Traveler•Written June 2025Impossibile for us to obtein a Schengen visa without reason. We must have an official document from the travel agency inviting us to this european travel tour from Paris with an ulterior date.
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
For our customers, the only Visa Supporting Documents that we can provide to assist them with their Visa Applications are the Following. 1. Visa Letter and e-Ticket = Proves that the customer(s) listed are confirmed to be part of the tour and have paid the tour in full. 2. Accommodations and Itinerary = Shows the daily activities during the tour, with the names of the places visited and the Hotels used during the tour. Both Documents can be released to the customer once the following conditions are met. 1. Booking is Paid in Full 2. Travelling within 90 Days

Traveler•Written June 2025If the visa is refused? What's issue in this case?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
If your visa is refused, this would fall under our standard cancellation policy. The specific cancellation fees depend on how close it is to your tour departure date. Unfortunately, visa refusal is not considered a special exemption, and cancellation fees would still apply. However, if you'd prefer not to cancel, you may also consider changing your tour date or choosing a different tour. While a change fee would still apply, this option allows you to reschedule and gives you more time to secure a visa.

Asked on June 14th, 2025Can he come to this trip with us? We cannot leave him behind.
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
While we'd love to welcome your family, please note that for this particular tour, the minimum age allowed is 10 years old, so unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate your 5-year-old son on this trip. In terms of rooming, our accommodation is based on twin-share, meaning two people per room. For families travelling with minors, each child must be accompanied by an adult in the room.
