- Stephen· July 18th, 2025Our tour leader was Didier Sequeira. We were very happy with our time with him. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and a good communicator. We had dietary restrictions that he was able to help us with for some of our meals. He responded quickly to messages and was helpful to everyone. Our tour bus driver was James. He was a good driver and handeled the coach well in all kinds of driving conditions. There was more walking then expected. I know that some of it was optional - and it was doable. Just more than expected, I wish that more of the hotels had either working air conditioners or enough fans for all the guest rooms. There was a rule against strong smells of food or smoking on the coach which we very much appriciated, perhaps this rule could be extended to perfume or cologne. We brought cash but there were others in our tour group who did not realize we would need to leave a cash tip for our tour leader and driver. They had to pay ATM fees to withdraw cash. Perhaps a note could be given to let the patrons know what the minimum and maximum expectations are before departure. Overall it was a great exprience! We are so glad we went and are looking forward to booking another tour with tourradar.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

- Martin· June 23rd, 2025The tour was exceptional. We had just the right amount of time in each location, and our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable. Things that could be improved: A working toilet on the bus (especially considering the length of our journeys) and for the night activities to end earlier, allowing us enough time for a healthy amount of sleep.Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- Avnil· June 22nd, 2025Levi went above and beyond to make sure we were always okay, couldn't have asked for a better tour leader and was always in a good mood regardless of the circumstances, can't recommend him enough.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

Asked on June 25th, 2025Can you please give us the name and address of the hotel where we will meet in London?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
We recommend reaching out via your confirmed booking portal. This allows us to access your booking details directly and identify which tour you're on, as meeting points and other information can vary depending on the specific departure.

Asked on June 24th, 2025Hi, what's the exact date for the free day in Rome. I woud like to buy skip the line ticket to Vatican in advance or will it be available for us when we get there?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
The free day in Rome will be on Day 8 of your Classic Europe tour. As this tour does not include a Vatican Museum guided tour, you're welcome to book your own "skip the line" tickets in advance — many travellers do this to make the most of their time. On the day, you'll need to make your own way to the tourist destination, but your Tour Leader will likely be happy to offer suggestions or guidance on how to get there once you're on tour.

Asked on June 23rd, 2025Do you price match Expat Tours for this date and is there any single rooms available?
- Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written June 2025
Unfortunately we have reached capacity with our private rooms for this tour departure. Please advise if you would still be interested in joining this departure and sharing a room with another traveler of the same gender, or if you would like us to look at a departure that has private room available.
