- AQAdana· June 12th, 2025I believe the tour leader was unorganized at times and did not communicate well. For example on Day 3 in Montmarte...the tour leader stated this excursion would be less walking than the included Paris tour held that day. That was incorrect as we walked up several hills and at a far distance. All the while the tour leader failed to provide details on the distance. Additionally, we were late to dinner, tired, and hungry. The hotels in Paris were below standard...they did not have shower doors or air conditioning. One of the hotels in Italy were also below standard. It did not have air conditioning and when I asked the front desk why the air conditioning could not be turned on, they explained that it was cool outside at night and to open the windows/doors in the room. When I did that, it was extremely loud outside and it was not cool outside either. On Day 8 in Rome, the tour guide once again did not communicate the sites we'd be seeing nor did he effectively map out a logical route to see all the sites. We ended up doing more walking than what was needed all due to his inability to communicate and effectively create a plan that would accommodate all that was on the excursion. There was a family that continued to be late each day which threw the schedule off. The tour guide never held this family accountable. I don't know if that is against policy to do, but due to that particular family's constant tardiness, the schedule for the group was always behind. Overall, I enjoyed the tour due to all the sites and countries that we got to see. However, I would not want to do another tour with the tour guide. I believe he needs more training on how to be more detailed, communicate effectively, and be more organized.Show moreTrip date: May 2025

Meeting Point: Hampton by Hilton London City. Address: 12-20 Osborn St, London E1 6TE, United Kingdom. Meeting Time: 10:00 am. For the most convenient airport, London City Airport (LCY) is the closest to the meeting point—just about a 25-minute drive away. Alternatively, Heathrow (LHR) is a popular choice with more international flights and is around 1 hour by public transport. Gatwick (LGW) is also an option, roughly 1 hour 15 minutes by train.

More future dates will be added eventually and you can book any departure at anytime you wish, as long as there is availability on that departure. Tours have a maximum capacity of 48 Pax per departure.
