What people love about Budget Tours in Italy
- Italy City Break - 5 Days
Amazing time. You get to see so much, in such a short amount of time it was awesome
- Exploring Italy: Venice's Canals to Sorrento's Shores
Was a great highlight reel of Italy, very happy with the schedule. My favorites were Venice and Florence. Amalfi Coast was a very slow pace compared to the non-stop site seeing we did in Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. The only scheduling change I would have done would have been to spend less time in Naples/Amalfi Coast. Was worth it to go to see Pompeii, but otherwise was a lot of driving on windy roads. All the hotels chosen were very nice, great service/staff, upscale, safe, central, close to public transit. The private tours were soooo good. Definitely recommend. Tiziana in Florence was such a sweetheart and a wealth of knowledge of history, city planning, art, and architecture. And her food and shopping recommendations were also on point. I wish she had a podcast, I could listen to her for hours. If you book with a partner, only one person will be the point of contact for transfers and tours. So if you like to "share the load" of this admin tasks during the trip, just know it's not a group text between the driver and both travellers.
- Amalfi Coast Experience - Small Group Tour
Amazing!! Can't recommend this tour highly enough. I met so many like-minded travellers and we became such good friends over the four days. Our guide was fantastic, fun, and knowledgable and shared with us all the insider tips and recommendations for all the different places we went. I particularly loved the boat trip to Capri... and karaoke and partying on the last night! The accomodation was in a beautiful campsite with amazing views of Mt Vesuvius. Thanks for everything Italy on a Budget and I'll definitely be back!
