My trip to Iceland was amazing!!! Artic adventures is a great tour company. The hotels were all good, guide was knowledgeable and drove safely and we got to see so much. Very grateful for this experience!

TL;DR: Great tour, not the greatest guide. I like how intense was the tour, the diversity of things we saw. And people on the tour were amazing. But the guide... It wasn't horrible but I don't want to have another tour with him. While being knowledgable Thomas was easily irritated by questions (so on the third day I started preferring asking chatgpt instead of him). Also his English is not so great, a lot of information was hard to decipher. And instead of assuming that he misunderstood what you're saying he jumps into thinking that you're dumb.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 2nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 2nd, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Arctic Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Arctic Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Arctic Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
