- AErnie· September 11th, 2023Mary, our tour guide and Randy our driver were excellent and we loved many aspects of our trip. A few things, however, could be improved. The stop in Eureka, OR was a poor choice of locations. At the Best Western there my matress was broken and I didn't sleep well as it leaned toward the floor, so I struggled all night to stay in bed. The shower drain was clogged so, I stood in water while showering and the internet took me an hour with tech support to get connected.
