Itinerary
- Day 1
Alice Springs to Uluru
You'll get picked up in Alice Springs and head out toward Uluru with stops at Mt Connor lookout and Curtin Springs to break up the drive. After grabbing lunch, you'll meet up with other travelers and visit the Aboriginal Cultural Centre where you'll learn about local stories and what the land means to the people here. The afternoon takes you on a base walk around Uluru where you'll see ancient rock art, family caves, and sites that hold deep spiritual importance. From there you can check out Mutitjulu Waterhole or Kantju Gorge depending on what your group wants to do. By evening you'll watch the rock change colors as the sun sets, then share dinner with the other travelers.

- Day 2
Uluru-Kata Tjuta to Kings Canyon
This morning starts early so you can catch the sunrise over Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park while having breakfast. You'll spend time exploring Kata Tjuta and its towering rock domes, then walk through either the Valley of the Winds or Walpa Gorge depending on what works for the group. After that you're heading toward Kings Canyon where you'll set up camp at a remote safari site on Wanmarra community lands. Dinner happens around the campfire and afterward you can spend time looking up at the stars with hardly any light pollution out here.

- Day 3
Kings Canyon to West McDonnell Ranges National Park
You're starting early to explore Kings Canyon, which is an ancient landscape that holds real cultural importance for the Ulpanyali and Lilla people. The hike takes you through dramatic sandstone cliffs and deep chasms, following either the rim walk or another section that works for the conditions that day. After resting a bit, you'll travel north on remote routes like Mereenie Loop or Ernest Giles Road, heading toward a private bush camp near Mount Sonder where you'll spend another night outside under the stars.

West McDonnell Ranges to Alice Springs
You'll continue through West McDonnell National Park and have breakfast at Ormiston Gorge with those towering red walls surrounding you. Then it's on to Ellery Creek Bighole, which is also called Udepata, where you can jump in for a swim in the permanent waterhole. Later you'll visit Standley Chasm, known as Angkerle Atwatye, where sheer rock walls rise up above a narrow path, and stop at Simpsons Gap, called Tjoritja, a place where different Aboriginal dreaming trails meet and there's a permanent waterhole. The group heads back to Alice Springs from there and you'll get dropped off around 6:30 PM.
