- Day 1
Bangkok
Your Thailand adventure starts in Bangkok where you'll meet your group and tour leader, then get settled into your accommodation. Once you check in, hop on a tuk-tuk and head through Bangkok's busy streets to reach a rooftop restaurant where you'll dig into authentic Thai dishes while taking in the city views from above. To wrap up the evening, you can grab a drink at a stylish rooftop bar or head back to rest if you're feeling the jet lag.

- Day 2
Bangkok to Chiang Mai
You've got the morning to yourself in Bangkok, though there's an optional temple tour available if you want to visit Wat Pho, Wat Arun, and the Grand Palace in the Old City. Head back to freshen up in the afternoon, then make your way to the train station for an overnight train to Chiang Mai. It's a scenic ride and a good chance to chat with the others in your group and settle into the journey.

- Day 3
Chiang Mai
You'll arrive in Chiang Mai this morning and get picked up at the station by your local guide. Stop for breakfast to get some fuel in you, then head out to your homestay in the countryside. After you settle in and have a home-cooked lunch, lace up your hiking boots for an afternoon jungle trek. The hike runs about 4 to 6 km and takes roughly two hours at a relaxed pace, with a waterfall stop to cool off before heading back to the homestay for dinner.

Chiang Mai
After breakfast, you'll head to Chang Chill Elephant Park to experience an ethical sanctuary where you walk through the forest with a guide, learn about how elephants behave and the conservation work happening there, and watch them in their natural environment. Grab some refreshments and lunch by the river, then check into your Chiang Mai hostel in the late afternoon. There's an optional Thai cooking class available, and if you're interested, you can catch an exciting Muay Thai show this evening.

Chiang Mai
Begin with a ride in a traditional red songthaew, then experience a Monk Chat where you'll learn about Thai culture and Buddhism from local monks. You'll also visit more temples in Chiang Mai, including the famous Wat Doi Suthep on a mountaintop with its golden stupa and sweeping views across the city. After returning to the hostel to rest, the afternoon brings an optional adventure to the Sticky Waterfall, about 1.5 hours away, where you can climb its naturally sticky rock formations. Tonight you have the evening free to explore Chiang Mai's nightlife or grab dinner on your own.

Chiang Mai
Today you're free to explore Chiang Mai however you like. If you want action, try whitewater rafting or tackle another jungle trek through the surrounding hills. Prefer something slower, you can wander around the Old Town checking out local cafes and shops. In the evening, head to the local market to hunt for souvenirs and grab street food, which is a great way to taste regional flavours and see how locals shop.

Chiang Mai
Check out of the hostel and say goodbye to your travel crew. If you want to stay longer and keep exploring Thailand, the tour operator can help arrange extra accommodation and handle any transfers you need to continue your adventure.
